'Introduced to stone sculpture by Filipe Tohi in 1998, I have never looked back. Stone sculpture has become part of my life; it has been a passionate adventure so far and a never ending learning process.

I sculpt purely from inspiration, with as little influence of my mental self as possible. My work is to be appreciated with your eyes, your hands, your heart and soul, no intellectual analysis needed.'
