IWD Legacy
Dale Copeland
glass assemblage
Ivan Watkins Dow, infamous for making dioxin.
This brass case was an IWD gift, one of the very first solar-powered clocks.
A fine thing, but with dissimilar metals soldered together, the works failed
and it makes a display case for a distraught victim.
The blue light comes from daylight reflected through a two-way mirror.

Dale Copeland lives at Puniho, Taranaki, New Zealand.
