What's the word for ....
assemblage of found objects
with circuit boards, scraps of paper & linen in an old lacquered box
The circuits are shiny gold squiggles.
Dale Copeland
I was going to call it "What's the word for forgetting words" - thought that was funny.
I had a friend who would say "bring me the thing that does things" ....
We'd laugh together.
Now I've found what it's called ... lexical aphesia ... and it's not nearly so funny..
I put a big bronze handle on top, for 3 reasons:
for easy opening,
for resting on when lying open and flat,
and for hanging on a wall..
