Bio:      

Teresa Goodin is an Artist & Alchemist based in Taranaki, New Zealand.

She creates handcrafted paper collages drawing inspiration from ancient cultures, esoteric traditions and the beauty of the natural world.

Her work is influenced and informed by her studies and training in Plant Medicine, Alchemy, Psychosynthesis, Esoteric Hypnosis, Buddhism and Shamanic Healing.

She is a spiritual counsellor and a specialist in the Sacred Plant Medicine of Aotearoa.

An experienced meditator, she has completed several intensive meditation retreats in the Buddhist tradition over the past ten years in New Zealand, India and Nepal.

She is also a Buddhist Chaplain apprentice trained to support people to pass peacefully.

Teresa is co-founder of LUMEN Studios & Gallery where she makes art and organises exhibitions, workshops and holiday programmes.

Teresa graduated from Whanganui’s Quay School of the Arts in 2000 where she specialised in printmaking, antique photographic processes and silver based photography.

In 2007 she graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Art and Design from Auckland University of Technology.




Teresa Goodin lives in Oakura, Taranaki, New Zealand
She does her work in the Lumen gallery in Tataraimaka.
