Wow! Wow!Wow, Leila!! What amazing work/play! It's too long since I have seen your work, the last I remember seeing was what you had painted in
Papua New Guinea and I thought they were pretty amazing. This is such a quantum leap and very different from your style then of course, but Leila,
who are you trying to kid? Apprentice angel??? Your halo has very appropriately shrunk!! Very impressive - I love it all!! I would love to buy one,
maybe Heirloom Vase if it hasn't already gone? My next favourites are Lot's Wife and Aratiatia Rapids. Please let me know if you still have any of
these and prices. They have probably long gone! I will check this website from time to time. When is your next exhibition?

To Whom it may Concern:
Hello, and greetings from Los Angeles, Ca. A while back I was working with Mr. Tim Chadwick to sell a piece he had done titled:
"Mazda RX7, RX3, RX2, 787B, R100 coupe, Cosmos artwork ltd edition print"
I just found out today (June 17) via your website that Tim passed away. To all there who knew him, please accept my deepest condolences.
He was always a very nice fellow in our communications.
I was wondering if some of his automotive artwork was still available... or who I may contact to get this information. If someone could please get
back to me, I'd truly appreciate it. Thank you!
Kind Regards, -Berny H., USA
(It's specifically Tim's print of 11 Mazda cars that Berny is keen to help distribute, if anyone needs the help.

just been looking through the exhibition. very enjoyable! and now i have had some contact with individual artists through the year, and from last

December 1, 2009
wonderful work, john trainor! i enjoyed every single piece, and will be returning to have more looks. each of your works has a very nice combination of
delicacy and strength. your statement says that you work from your subconscious, and i find that uplifting since i do the same whereas many artists
state specific purposes. i think it all has meaning, but in working from the subconscious you are discovering the meaning along the way, yes?
it makes the process an exploration, which is exciting.

Hi Dale: I love your art!
Like you, I've worked for 30 odd years & am slowly stepping into the world of art making. For me it's like exploring Mars.
Everything is strange and new. My first attempt at art was to make an assemblage. This art form is what comes most
naturally for me, although I am now experimenting with collage, acrylics & mixed media. Your assemblages are
wonderful and I will check your excellent website often. You sound fulfilled, happy, and content. What more can a
woman ask for?
I hope you earned the money to go to Berlin and that you had/are having a wonderful trip.
Thanks for giving.

Enjoyed your site.
I was actually looking for the work of John McLean, as in 1977 I bought his "Broken Karaka."
He was a friend of our friends who lived in NP. They took us to John's studio and he was painting "Broken Karaka."
I fell for the painting and we bought it when it was finished. I saw his "Man and Wife Adrift" on your site and would
be interested in seeing more of his work.
We moved to Australia in 1978 and we've taken BK from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast in recent years. We still love
it and it is always admired by visitors. His work is joined by that of Val Ross, an expatriate Kiwi, who paints on the
Coast, often NZ scenes when she visits Maraki most years..
Please give John our best wishes.

I just viewed the latest exhibit. Laurel and Caryl, I truly enjoyed your works.
The collages are very dynamic. I could almost visualize the New Zealand coast.
The sculptural pieces are great too. I'd love to be able to see these works in person.

Hello--I think your art work as displayed on Dale's website is magnificent.
If you can afford it ----put all those images on Billboards.
People need to see these art works and do a double take-- just like I did--
-Max Ernst, early Joseph Cornell, some Dali, and you.

I never cease to be amazed at what I find in my homeland, I have just returned, like last month, from 40 years of
'making it' out in the big bad bold but beautiful world of advertising films in america and have bought a run down
vineyard in masterton with large racing stables I hope to makeover into my digital studio. I am inspired by your art

The January exhibition by R. Prost is both thought provoking and satisfying to look at----another beautifully presented
series by an artist who combines words and deeds in a fine balance----Not too little and not too much, which is just
right.
Thanks for such a thoughtful show.

Always admired this site - which is why we'd like to link our new website to you. www.lodges-hall.com
We operated as a small dealer gallery until the builders arrived to complete Stage Two.
Family circumstances mean we're moving on, but it would be a lovely studio/&home&/or business for a creative person or persons.

The Vanitas exhibit is exceptional. All four artists are to be commended.
I keep changing my mind about my favorite piece.
I love to try to interpret what artists are thinking .
My own work makes sense to me but not to everyone else.
I guess I tend to love artwork that makes me really think about what's in front of me, whether or not I
completely comprehend.
Your work is wonderful. Thank You!

Nearly fifteen years ago I lived in this region, even wrote environmental articles for the local New Plymouth paper
I was amazed and so lucky to discover how many creative talents I met and came to appreciate while living there.
One day I will bring my children to visit. The art here is representive of this heartwarming region and I was
delighted to stumble onto this websight and be inspired by it. Thank you.
